Job summary

A charitable organization is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to provide high-quality services in schools across Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of students to support their communication development and will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior colleagues. This role involves delivering specialist services, providing assessments, therapy, and consultancy while participating in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment. The position is permanent, with a salary of £30,241.60 pro-rated from £41,490 FTE.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering specialist Speech and Language Therapy in educational settings.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide assessments and therapies.
  • Proven skills in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist services at Universal, Targeted, and Specialist levels.
  • Provide assessment, therapy, training, and consultancy.
