Job summary

Senovo Resourcing Ltd in Lewisham is recruiting for School-Based Occupational Therapists to support SEN schools on a contract basis. The role offers PAYE hourly rates of £32–£45 and requires HCPC registration and a recognised OT qualification.

You will assess needs, plan interventions, advise staff and families, and maintain records to support EHCP outcomes. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to complete DBS checks.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Recognised occupational therapy qualification is required.
• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS on Update Service, or be willing to complete Senovo’s compliance process.

Responsibilities

• Assess functional, sensory and participation needs in the school setting.
• Plan and review evidence-informed interventions with pupils.
• Advise school staff and families on OT recommendations.
• Maintain clinical records and contribute to EHCP outcomes.
