A leading catering service in the UK is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee its operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and experience managing teams. Responsibilities include liaising with staff, training team members, and managing inventory. This role is full-time, requiring dedication to providing high-quality service and supporting the company’s commitment to safeguarding children.
We’re recruiting an experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.
