HCRG Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse for the School Aged Health Service in Wiltshire. You will assess health needs, promote wellbeing, and work within a multidisciplinary public health team to support children, young people and families.

Join our community health services to help reduce health inequalities, safeguard vulnerable children, and deliver high-quality, child-centred care across community settings. A driving licence and IT literacy are required.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse or Midwife with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of post-registration education.
• Experience in public health or school nursing is desirable.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and independently.

Aufgaben

• Assess children's health and development and promote wellbeing in the community.
• Identify health needs and support vulnerable children and families.
• Work with School Nurses and partners to improve health outcomes.
• Support supervision and assessment of student nurses and contribute to service development.
