Job summary

A health services provider in Thatcham is seeking a part-time Operational Lead for their Integrated Therapies team. You'll be responsible for managing Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Speech & Language Therapy services for school-aged children. Qualifications

  • Qualified allied health professional (OT, Physio, SLT) with HCPC registration.
  • Experience in children's services with knowledge of SEN processes.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of school-aged CYPIT services.
  • Manage a defined group of staff and support their development.
  • Coordinate and evaluate services alongside senior managers.
