A local educational institution in England is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join a vibrant school community. The candidate should be a keen team player with strong organisational and time management skills. Responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact and assisting with administrative duties in a supportive environment. Training will be provided for specific software like Arbor. This role values diversity and aims to create an inclusive atmosphere where every staff member is appreciated.
30 hours / week, term-time only plus 5 INSET days. Required as soon as possible / Job share considered / Hours negotiable. Ref. EPC 01/26.
We are looking for an Administrator who is a keen team player with excellent organisational and time management skills. The successful applicant will be thorough, pay attention to detail and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires someone who is able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced school office, working within a small team who are the first point of contact for the school. You will need to be able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Knowledge and experience of Arbor/ FMS packages would be useful but is not essential as training will be provided. Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
