Experienced School Administrator
Full-Time | Term Time Only | Immediate Start

We are seeking an organised, proactive and experienced School Administrator to join a busy and supportive school office.

This is a key role at the heart of the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a warm, professional first point of contact for students, staff, parents and visitors.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of functions including attendance, admissions, communication, data management and general office duties. You will work closely with senior staff and the wider office team to maintain efficient systems and uphold the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-of-house support including reception duties, enquiries and communication
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and pupil information systems (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable)
  • Support attendance monitoring and follow-up processes
  • Assist with admissions, parent communication and school correspondence
  • Prepare documentation, reports and meeting materials
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and visitor handling with professionalism
  • Support financial and administrative tasks as required (e.g., invoicing, ordering, petty cash)
  • Uphold safeguarding, data protection and confidentiality procedures at all times
