A leading housing association in the UK is looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to oversee supported living schemes in Manor Park and Beckton. Responsibilities include leading staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and maintaining high standards of care for individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate should possess leadership skills, have experience with complex needs, and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheme Manager to lead and manage our Halley Road (Manor Park) and Beddalls Farm Lodge (Beckton) supported living schemes.
The schemes are CQC registered care services providing 24-hour support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Based on a holistic assessment of individual’s needs, the scheme works within the framework of Person Centred Care, incorporating Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support.
Reporting to the Locality Manager, you will be operationally responsible for the management of the schemes and will lead a team of staff to provide person centred care and support that enables service users to be as independent and self‑determining as possible. You will also be responsible for managing the financial and administrative procedures of the schemes and ensuring a high standard of care and support is maintained at all times in accordance with CQC regulations and contractual specifications.
It is essential that you have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and a strong working knowledge of the framework of Person Centred Care and Positive Behaviour Support.
