Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scheduling Team Leader to lead a dynamic team delivering key support across responsive repairs, voids, and compliance services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation and play a vital role in supporting efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the Scheduling and Business Support Officers, ensuring efficient, accurate, and cost-effective operations across voids, reactive repairs and compliance.
  • Deliver ongoing training and development to the team, promoting multi-skilling and best practice across all workstreams.
  • Maintain departmental databases, including IT hardware, fleet, sickness, and holidays, ensuring all data is recorded in real time.
  • Oversee administrative processes and ensure high-quality support that aligns with operational targets and wider property maintenance goals.

  • Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Skilled in leading change and coaching individuals to reach their potential.
  • High level of IT proficiency and experience using systems to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong numeracy and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver accurate financial and performance data.
  • Experience in supporting customers and communities with a focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
