A leading housing association is looking for a Scheduling Manager in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will manage the Scheduling team, ensuring high service standards in Responsive Repairs and Compliance. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, along with team management experience in a fast-paced environment. This fixed-term role offers a salary of £40,731 plus additional benefits, including a flexible working schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest possible standard of Scheduling services, support and advice for the Directorate. Managing the Scheduling Team in the delivery of Responsive Repairs, Compliance and Karbon Solutions. They will be a role model for Karbon Homes values and culture, ensuring that their team and colleagues are supported and engaged in the delivery of Karbon Homes business objectives.

The role would suit someone with excellent communication skills who is able to work collaboratively to embed a positive culture of continuous improvement across the directorate. The property services team is a fast-paced environment so they should be very organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities. The successful candidate should ideally have management experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced team.
