Job summary

A leading Professional Services company in Newtownabbey is seeking a Property Services Administrator. This permanent role offers growth within a supportive environment with no weekend working. Key responsibilities include scheduling, liaising with tenants and ensuring job completion. Responsibilities

  • Be the initial point of contact for tenants for urgent, routine, and adaptation works.
  • Schedule customer appointments and create events.
  • Notify customers on planned arrival of workers.
  • Assign jobs to relevant trade/department.
  • Raise survey events on new COTs, Adaptions, and Response jobs.
  • Liaise with the administration team, supervisor, and management.
  • Monitor the progress of all jobs.
  • Deal with queries and complaints.
  • Maintain standards to reach KPI targets.

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting a leading Professional Services company with the recruitment of a Property Services Administrator. Fantastic company to work in, one of the best company cultures in NI and opportunities for progression.

Shifts are held over Monday to Friday. No weekend working. Permanent position.

This role will be based at the company's Newtownabbey (Mallusk) office.

Responsibilities
  • Be the initial point of contact for tenants for urgent, routine and adaption works
  • Scheduling customer appointments and creating events
  • Notifying customers on planned arrival of workers Assigning jobs to relevant trade/department within the required job category via computer communication whilst considering cost, customer service and resource availability
  • Raising survey events on new COTs, Adaptions and Response jobs
  • Monitoring progress of all jobs to ensure all scheduled works are completed and PDAs completed correctly
  • Liaise with administration team, supervisor and management to answer queries and review works in progress.
  • Liaise daily with client district maintenance officers/administrators
  • Monitoring of required completion dates, ensuring they are meet, or extension requested were required
  • Dealing with queries and complaint resolution
  • Maintaining standards and processes to reach KPI targets.
The Ideal Person
  • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience of scheduling/ coordinating / planning
Preferred
  • Experience operating within a face paced social housing, property or construction industry with a focus toward
  • housing maintenance
  • A Degree / HND in a related discipline
