Job description

Our client is currently recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their growing team. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the overall customer service, and scheduling in services for end customers.

Key Responsibilities for the Scheduling Coordinator
  • Building, managing and updating schedules in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • Reacting calmly and quickly to last minute changes, sickness and emergencies, whilst keeping clients informed and services covered.
  • Planning to anticipate staffing needs, holidays, and gaps before they happen.
  • Supporting new starter, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the rota.
  • Flexibility to be part of the on-call rota to provide occasional support outside standard hours if the service requires.
Key Experience for the Scheduling Coordinator
  • A background in Scheduling
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your work presentation
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM nice to have
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of team
  • Expertise in the use of Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel (including data management within spreadsheets), PowerPoint, pdf editing, minute taking and the preparation and editing of documents
