HOUSING SCHEDULER / PLANNER
  • Hourly Rate: £13.26 PAYE
  • Location: Reading (Bennet Road)
  • Job Type: Temporary (until March with potential extension)
  • Working Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Customer Support Officer to join our Housing team. This office-based role is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery of our repairs and maintenance service by providing vital administrative and technical support.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Schedule repairs and manage the coordination of emergency, urgent, and routine maintenance works.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage information to support effective service delivery.
