A leading service provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled individual to coordinate maintenance work orders. This role involves planning and scheduling both reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with processes, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and a solid understanding of maintenance management applications. In this role you can use your skills to work collaboratively, between departments, successfully planning and scheduling.
This position will see you planning and scheduling for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM) for Technical Maintenance and Planned and Reactive work for Soft Services.
Working with Accounts and Vendors , you’ll facilitate the efficient delivery and co‑ordination of each work order from the point that it’s generated to closure, ensuring the correct processes are used to support and add value to the service.
