Part time with Additional On-Call Shifts

We’re looking for a proactive Care Coordinatoron behalf of our client to join their friendly team. You’ll help match clients with amazing Care Professionals, keep schedules running smoothly, and jump in to fix problems before they become big ones.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build weekly care schedules that work for everyone — clients and Care Professionals
  • Match people based on skills, personality, and availability (think : making the perfect match!)
  • React fast when things change — rearrange visits, support the team, and keep everyone in the loop
  • Keep everything updated in our system (we’re tech-friendly!)
  • Take part in our on-call rota — answering calls 1–2 evenings a week, sometimes on non-office days — with extra pay per shift
