This is a full-time, office-based role

Responsibilities
  • Effective and efficient planning of field-based engineers
  • Scheduling work for field-based engineers
  • Ensuring engineers' diaries are efficiently planned
  • Arranging site access for engineers to ensure agreed response times are met
  • Maintaining service management system with correct, concise information
  • Day-to-day liaison with engineers reporting on scheduled progress
  • Dealing with client and internal calls / emails and resolving queries efficiently
  • Reporting all customer complaints
Skills and attributes
  • Previous experience within a Scheduler position
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
