We’re Hiring! Scheduler / Service Coordinator – Gloucester

Are you highly organised, great with customers, and confident juggling a busy workload? We’re looking for a proactive Scheduler to join our growing team in Newry, BT35.

Office Days - Monday-Wednesday

Home Based days - Thursday and Friday

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule and coordinate daily appointments for our field technicians
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm bookings and provide updates
  • Manage incoming job requests and allocate work efficiently
  • Use Excel and internal systems to track jobs, update records, and maintain schedules
