Scheduler

We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join The Sovini Group.

Responsibilities

As a Scheduler, you will be expected to: Maximise operative productivity within the Repairs & Maintenance team by efficiently managing and monitoring diaries, scheduling appointments across multiple work streams, and ensuring all jobs are closed correctly. Key duties include calling customers to confirm attendance, responding to emergency jobs within target times, rescheduling where necessary, and maintaining real-time oversight of dashboards to manage delays and no-access issues. The position also involves ordering materials, registering products and warranties, coordinating with subcontractors, and processing works requiring authority. Additional responsibilities include monitoring KPI failures, liaising with Customer Service and supervisors for follow-up works, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication are essential to deliver high-quality service and support overall business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Educated to GCSE level including English and Mathematics.
  • Customer Care Experience or NVQ.
  • Experience of working in a similar compliance role including scheduling/administration/project works, where diarised appointment systems are used.
  • Excellent organisation, customer service and time management skills.
  • Hands on approach and can do attitude, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise and work under pressure in a fast paced changing environment, prioritising effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
