About The Role

You’ll plan and schedule Fall Arrest testing and remedials across the UK, coordinating a team of field engineers to deliver work safely, on time, and to standard. Every day is varied, with problem‑solving, team management, and opportunities to make a real impact on the business.

• Act as the key link between clients, engineers, and the wider business to keep projects running smoothly.
• Plan and schedule work nationwide, ensuring engineers are fully equipped, trained, and supported.
• Monitor job completion, paperwork, invoicing, and reporting to keep operations on track.
• Drive team performance and support management in achieving KPIs and strong service delivery.
