Job summary

Shellworks is on a mission to transform material sustainability and is looking for an engineer to help bring new products to mass manufacturing. Collaborating closely with Engineering, you'll conduct product testing and ensure that products meet quality and production standards.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or physical product development.
• Experience in scaling production from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a dynamic start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product testing and validate for scale production.
• Develop and streamline product validation processes.
• Assist in coordinating new product development across various projects.

Skills

Manufacturing technologies (injection moulding, blow moulding, compounding)

CAD (Onshape, Solidworks)

Communication skills

Education

Degree in relevant engineering discipline
