Job summary

PHD Access is recruiting CISRS Scaffolders (Part 1/2/Advanced) for a major restoration project in Tilbury. Immediate start, working Monday to Saturday, with a focus on safety, teamwork and efficient scaffold operations.

Applicants must hold a CSCS card and CISRS certification, plus system scaffold experience. Weekly pay, overtime opportunities and clear paths for career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card and CISRS qualification are required.
• Experience with system scaffold is essential.
• Strong emphasis on health and safety compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at height on a major restoration project.
• Follow site rules and maintain clear communication with team.
• Operate scaffold systems and assist with setup and breakdown as needed.

PHD Access is looking forCISRS Part 1, Part 2, and Advanced Scaffolders to join our skilled team on a major restoration project based in Tilbury. The working days will be Monday to Saturday.

• A solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations and full compliance with site rules
• Proven experience working safely at height, including the use of tethered tools
• Strong timekeeping, communication skills, and a proactive, positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively
