Culture & Business Scotland is seeking a Youth Programme Coordinator to work with the Programme Manager & Creative Director to coordinate the delivery of SC&T Youth's year-round programme for young people aged 6-26.

The role supports strategic and creative direction, partnership development and fundraising. The position is part-time (21 hours per week) with a salary of £19,200–£21,000, depending on experience, and close date Fri 6 Nov 2026.

The Youth Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager & Creative Director to coordinate the effective delivery of SC&T Youth's year round programme for young people aged 6-26.

The Programme Manager & Creative Director retains overall responsibility for the strategic and creative direction of SC&T Youth, programme development, new partnerships and opportunities, fundraising and income generation, key external relationships.
