Our Client is currently hiring for a reputable organisation to support the delivery of a critical Multi‑Service Transport capability. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the transition of a complex system from development into operational service, ensuring a seamless and secure deployment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and coordinating the entire service transition process, working closely with project teams, support staff, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment.
• Managing change lifecycle activities, minimising disruption while implementing updates or new services.
• Ensuring operational readiness by overseeing testing, deployment, and performance evaluations.
• Defining and implementing processes for service transition, release, and operational acceptance.
• Evaluating risks and performance metrics to guarantee service quality before release.
• Acting as a key liaison between project teams, service owners, and support functions to align expectations and responsibilities.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience delivering government IT projects, with a strong understanding of tailored process implementation.
• ITIL 3.0/4.0 qualification.
• Knowledge of Army communication systems is desirable.
• Ability to manage complex transition activities in a secure environment.
• SC clearance is essential, with willingness to commence DV clearance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
