Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex IT infrastructure.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud technologies, cyber security, integration and ITSM.
• Experience defining functional and non-functional requirements within complex technical environments.
• Ability to produce technical specifications, process models, use cases and requirements documentation.
• Experience working with architects, engineers, security specialists and operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Desirable: SD-WAN, WAN, LAN, cloud networking experience.
• Desirable: ITIL knowledge and IT service management principles.
• Desirable: Government programme delivery experience.
• Desirable: BCs BA certification.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document technical requirements across infrastructure, networking, cloud, security and service management.
• Work with architects, engineers, technical leads and stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Facilitate technical workshops on network services, integration, performance and security.
• Analyse existing environments to identify constraints, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop technical specifications, requirement catalogs, process flows and use cases.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and alignment with business outcomes.
• Support technology procurement, supplier engagement and evaluation of solutions.
• Contribute to options analysis, business case development and transition planning.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure measurable, testable documentation.
