Job description

My client is an IT consultancy specializing in all things IT support. They are looking for an SC Cleared Support Analyst to work with a government body.

The role is based full-time onsite in Lympstone and offers a rate of GBP 25.15 per hour (inside/umbrella).

This is a short-term contract with the possibility of extensions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Queue ticket management of tickets assigned to their Hub (and surrounding spokes), ensuring appropriate updates and call management to maintain service levels as per contract.
2. Hub stock management, including asset management of kit in/out (scanning items in/out of locations) as per contract.
3. Effective management of disposals that go through their Hub as per contract.
4. Triage and perform hardware repairs of in-warranty kit, liaising with vendors for parts and returns as per contract.
5. Locker replenishments where appropriate as per contract.
6. Highlight potential issues with service or potential service improvements to their Team Leader.
7. Follow any agreed processes and procedures, either from the authority (site regulations, etc.) or Computacenter's own.

Must have SC Clearance.
