Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a SC Cleared Solution Architect (Business Development) in New Malden for a 6‑month contract. Up to £700 daily via umbrella, with SC Clearance and a clear path to bids and proposals leadership.

The role combines architecture visioning, governance, and bid support to shape secure, capability-driven solutions for major client opportunities. 6-month engagement in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of capability needs and develop an architecture vision from multiple options.
• Carry out architecture cost/benefit trade-off studies across options.
• Identify the most appropriate technical solution to meet capability needs.
• Describe solution function, structure, characteristics and behaviour for stakeholders.
• Define features, phases and requirements, then develop architectures and specifications for delivery.
• Support bids with technical inputs and bid activity contribution.
• Act as Solution Lead during governance reviews.
• Provide Systems Engineering and Project Management inputs for planning and cost monitoring.
• Support risk reviews, programme reviews and design reviews.
• Drive a digital culture by integrating digital technology approaches into solution thinking.
• Identify and develop opportunities across domains with Business/Technical Directors and Chief Technologists.
• Contribute to environment analysis, documentation, and collaboration.
• Drive decision-making for exceptional activities or deviations.
