Job summary

Peregrine is seeking an SC-cleared Senior Business Analyst to lead the business analysis function across major programmes in a secure environment. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define, refine and deliver impactful business change, and mentor junior colleagues within a supportive, transformation-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Senior/Lead BA with track record in complex change programmes.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong data, data models and data migration experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic BA direction across programmes and projects.
• Lead requirement elicitation via workshops and interviews.
• Create as-is and to-be process models; identify optimisations.
• Ensure traceability from requirements to design and implementation.
• Oversee functional specs, user stories and testing artefacts.
• Lead BA planning including forecasting and capacity management.
• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite, to align objectives.
• Support change management with comms and training plans.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Provide line/matrix oversight to BAs within teams.
