Senior SAP Test Lead (6 months)

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Significant experience leading test for very large and complex programmes - including SAP implementations for public sector clients
• Experience of leadership roles as part of a wider programme leadership team
• Stakeholder management at C‑suite level
• Gravitas and the confidence to speak up, challenge and deliver difficult messages
• Experience of operating with multi‑supplier, multi‑site delivery landscapes; skilled at bringing different teams together to work cohesively and collaboratively towards the end goal
• Must be proactive and drive others to be proactive – should be able to "read" the landscape and understand what's needed with little intervention
