Senior SAP Test Lead

6 months

£(Apply online only) per day (Inside IR35)

3-4 days per week in Aldermaston, Berkshire

Requirements

• Significant experience leading test for very large and complex programmes - including SAP implementations for public sector clients
• Experience of leadership roles as part of a wider programme leadership team
• Stakeholder management at C-suite level
• Gravitas and the confidence to speak up, challenge and deliver difficult messages
• Experience of operating with multi-supplier, multi-site delivery landscapes; skilled at bringing different teams together to work cohesively and collaboratively towards the end goal
• Must be proactive and drive others to proactive - should be able to 'read' the landscape and understand what's needed with little intervention
