Job summary

Carbon60 is seeking an experienced PMO Specialist (SC Cleared) for a Whiteley-based hybrid role on a 6-month contract. You will drive PMO governance, reporting, and document management across a large-scale programme, ensuring quality, control, and timely delivery.

You will establish robust processes, manage dependencies, and engage with senior stakeholders to drive accountability. Active SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO background in complex programmes.
• Active SC Clearance is required.
• Experience establishing PMO governance frameworks.
• Experience managing deliverables in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of document management, configuration control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document management and configuration control.
• Drive PMO best practice and governance oversight.
• Own end-to-end deliverables lifecycle and milestones.
• Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are reviewed and controlled per governance.
• Manage programme documentation, actions, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain programme reporting and dashboards.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive accountability.
