Job summary

Xcede is seeking an architecture-focused specialist to shape, design and govern enterprise Modern Workplace and Mobility solutions within a complex technical environment, with UK remote work.

You will own High-Level Designs, define technical strategy and provide architectural assurance, working with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects and security teams to ensure secure, scalable, and roadmapped services across mobility, endpoints and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Active UK SC clearance is required.
• UK-based with the right to work.
• Experience producing and governing enterprise-level solution designs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security principles.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake occasional UK travel (1-2 times a quarter).

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and govern enterprise High-Level Designs.
• Define solution architectures, service strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Provide architectural assurance for new services and major changes.
• Support Product Owners in shaping future service development.
• Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concept and innovation activities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance and operational requirements.
• Act as a technical authority across mobile, endpoint and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Engage with customers, partners and vendors to influence technical direction.
