Job summary

Sanderson Government & Defence in London is seeking a Junior Data Scientist with active SC clearance for a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office, and an immediate start.

You will work with Python, SQL and data analysis tools to deliver insights, build predictive models and create dashboards for stakeholders, while collaborating with senior colleagues on a range of government projects.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance
• SC clearance used within last 12 months
• SC clearance must have minimum 3 years remaining
• Experience with Python, SQL and data analysis tools
• Understanding of statistics, data modelling and ML principles
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support development of data science and analytical solutions
