Job summary

Focus Cloud is seeking an SC Cleared Microsoft Endpoint Engineer to support a major defence end customer in Reading, onsite 5 days per week. You will build, configure and rollout Windows laptops using Intune and Autopilot, and provide L3 troubleshooting for endpoint deployment issues.

The role requires 5+ years in Microsoft endpoint engineering, strong Intune/Autopilot experience, and deep knowledge of Entra ID/Azure AD within secure enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Microsoft endpoint/EUC engineering environments.
• Active SC clearance required.
• Onsite 5 days per week in Reading, UK.
• Strong experience with Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD and modern device management.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 laptop builds and rollout.
• Experience troubleshooting Intune policies and Autopilot deployments.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance and configuration policies.
• Strong PowerShell skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, build and deployment of Windows laptop images and configurations.
• Configure and manage devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Build and troubleshoot Windows Autopilot deployment profiles.
• Support large-scale laptop rollout and device refresh programmes.
• Provide L3 technical support for complex Windows endpoint issues.
• Document deployment procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with infra, security, service desk and engineering teams.
