Job summary

Experis is seeking an SC cleared Data Protection Solution Architect to join the Service Operations team. Based in the UK, you will design data protection solutions, provide technical leadership and help deliver the Data Centre Exit Programme while supporting operational workloads.

You will engage with project teams, security and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with compliance and business objectives. A robust documentation and governance approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect focusing on data protection.
• Strong backup, recovery, archival knowledge and data protection strategies.
• Proven ability to deliver infrastructure and transformation projects in large environments.
• Effective engagement with technical teams, stakeholders and customers.
• Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting operations while delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect data protection solutions to support business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on data protection technologies and strategies.
• Support the Data Centre Exit Programme and other transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams, service operations, security, infrastructure and customers.
• Ensure data protection aligns with security, compliance and business goals.
• Contribute to service design, implementation and continuous improvement.
• Support availability, resilience and protection of critical workloads.
• Participate in governance and solution assurance processes.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical designs and docs.
