Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer with active SC Clearance to join a major UK public sector programme delivering secure, modern data platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.

You will build robust data pipelines, develop secure data integration solutions, and work with product teams and engineers in Agile, hybrid teams, with occasional on-site attendance twice per month.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance is essential.
• Experience with data pipelines and data integration.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS.

Responsibilities

• Build, enhance and support robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and curation.
• Develop secure, reliable and high-performing data integration solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams, engineers and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality data products.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices in an Agile environment.
• Work within Agile, multidisciplinary teams in a large-scale public sector setting.
