Duration: Initial 6 months (extension likely) - Part-time

Clearance: Active SC Clearance essential

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst Contractor to support a key governmentproject. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact public sector programme, working with modern digital services and a collaborative delivery team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Partnering with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Supporting the definition and design of digital services and process improvements
• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and user story refinement sessions.
• Working closely with delivery teams (developers, testers, UX, product owners) to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Managing and communicating changes to scope, priorities, and timelines.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in public sector or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint planning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
