Job summary

identifi Global Resources is seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a complex programme requiring SC clearance. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week onsite in London, Bristol or Warrington, and involves working across business processes, requirements, stakeholders and service improvement.

Candidates should have strong BA experience in complex programmes, superb requirements elicitation, analysis and management, and a proven ability to deliver stakeholder-aligned solutions

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BA across complex programmes or organisations.
• Elicitation, analysis and management of requirements across delivery lifecycle.
• Stakeholder management with competing priorities and consensus-building.

Responsibilities

• Model simple and complex business processes using appropriate BA techniques.
• Analyse existing processes to identify problems, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, prioritise and support implementation of process improvements.
• Elicit, analyse, challenge and validate business and user requirements.
• Produce clear requirements documentation including epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements and maintain traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements prioritisation and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
• Define problems, assess options and form evidence-based recommendations.
• Create business, process, system and data models.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify gaps in functionality and UX.
• Develop acceptance criteria and support testing activities.
• Review prototypes, test plans and outcomes.
• Build stakeholder relationships and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Share BA best practices and support the wider BA community.
• Ability to work independently within structured delivery methodologies.
