Rodericks Dental Partners invites newly qualified dentists to participate in an FD+1 Scheme at Hall & Smith Dental Practice in Kendal. This bespoke post-foundation year combines real-world learning with expert support, enabling growth in both NHS and Private dentistry within a supportive environment.

The programme features clinical autonomy, hands-on and online study days, and ongoing mentorship to build confidence and competence for a successful associate path across the UK network.
