Job summary

Cisco is seeking a SASE Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for EMEA customers, guiding enterprise transformations across networking, security, cloud, and identity. The role requires leading architecture workshops and executive-level alignment to drive cloud-delivered SASE adoption.

You will demonstrate value through architectural demonstrations, workshops, and value engagements, coordinating with product teams and partners to deliver outcomes that enhance security,

Qualifications

• Design, install, and maintain LAN/WAN and security technology components and architectures.
• Implement security protocols as they apply to network infrastructure and enterprise security architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment models.
• 5+ years as a Technical Sales Architect (TSA) or Solutions Engineer, leading technical sales cycles.

• Drive Strategic Architecture: Develop multi-year technical roadmaps guiding customers toward cloud-delivered SASE architectures.
• Lead Executive Alignment: Translate business priorities into actionable networking and security strategies for senior technology leaders.

• Build Cross-Domain Solutions: Architect solutions spanning SD-WAN, SSE, SASE, Zero Trust, networking, security, and identity across outcomes.
• Influence Innovation: Collaborate with product management and engineering on customer-driven product capabilities.
• Enable the Ecosystem: Work with strategic partners through enablement and joint engagements to expand adoption.

Your Impact

Your Impact As a SASE Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to EMEA customers, driving enterprise transformation across networking, security, cloud, and identity.

You will:

• Drive Strategic Architecture: Develop multi-year technical roadmaps that guide customers from legacy networking and security environments toward unified, cloud-delivered SASE architectures.
• Lead Executive Alignment: Translate business priorities such as secure hybrid work, cloud and SaaS adoption, and multi-cloud transformation into actionable networking and security strategies for senior technology leaders.
• Accelerate Solution Adoption: Lead technical demonstrations, architectural workshops, and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate measurable improvements in security, user experience, operational efficiency, and total cost.
• Build Cross-Domain Solutions: Architect solutions spanning Cisco SD-WAN, SSE, SASE, Zero Trust, networking, security, identity, and observability, aligning technology decisions with customer business outcomes.
• Influence Innovation: Collaborate with product management and engineering to bring customer and market feedback into future product capabilities and architecture.
• Enable the Ecosystem: Work with strategic partners through technical enablement, joint customer engagements, and sales cycles to expand adoption and market share.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and security technology components and architectures.
• Documented experience implementing security protocols as they apply to network infrastructure and enterprise security architectures.
• Professional experience working with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment models.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Sales Architect (TSA) or Solutions Engineer, successfully leading technical sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to senior executives and diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and sales-related challenges in a timely, effective manner.
