Job Description

Work Environment: Full time – 60 % office‑based, hybrid work; 35‑hour week with flexible core hours, Friday afternoons off and hybrid options.

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain and Quality Manager you will work within the Lead Supply Chain and Quality Manager team and report to the Head of Landing Gear Systems – Procurement Operations (PO). You will secure a portfolio of Landing Gear System suppliers that supply equipment to multiple Airbus civil aircraft programmes.

Building strong supplier relationships and collaborating with a multi‑functional environment is key to timely and high‑quality aircraft deliveries.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Professional level experience in supply chain or quality management within aerospace or related industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Evidence of continuous improvement and supplier development ability.
  • Aptitude for working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on‑time and on‑quality deliveries to all customers (Final Assembly Lines and Plants).
  • Partner with suppliers to support their development initiatives.
  • Ensure supplier compliance and product conformity to applicable requirements.
  • Contribute to the supply chain voice in multi‑functional teams (Programme, Engineering, Customer Services, Buyers).
  • Represent the PO community’s interests and foster strong relationships across the organisation.
