Job description

Senior SAP Test Lead with active SC Clearance required on a contract basis for 6 months plus extensions, you will need to be on site in Berkshire 3-4 days per week. We are seeking an exceptionally experienced and proactive Senior SAP Test Lead to drive the testing strategy and execution for a very large and complex program, involving a significant SAP implementation. This role requires a leader with proven experience operating within a public sector context, the ability to engage at the C‑suite level, and the gravitas to manage multi‑supplier, multi‑site delivery landscapes.

• SAP Test Lead experience
• Multiple SAP Project Lifecycles
• Significant experience leading test for very large and complex programmes - including SAP implementations for public sector clients
• Experience of leadership roles as part of a wider programme leadership team
• Stakeholder management at C‑suite level
• Gravitas and the confidence to speak up, challenge and delivery difficult messages
• Experience of operating with multi‑supplier, multi‑site delivery landscapes; skilled at bringing different teams together to work cohesively and collaboratively towards the end goal
• Must be proactive and drive others to proactive - should be able to 'read' the landscape and understand what's needed with little intervention
