Job summary

Whitehall Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP Test Analyst to lead the system testing phases for release-based projects. Reporting to a Test Lead, you will review requirements, design test scripts and data, and execute tests with a focus on risk-based testing and audit trails.

The role involves creating automation scripts where possible (TOSCA preferred), delivering status updates, and raising risks. Candidates should have SAP and XML experience and ISTQB/ISEB certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable SAP Experience.
• Demonstrable XML Experience (including XML validation and manipulation).
• Defect Management tool Experience (JIRA or similar).
• ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Checking and assessing requirements, including assessing testability of designs.
• Creating low-level test plans, test scripts and setting up test data.
• Running tests, collecting and recording results and then retesting to prove that errors identified have been corrected.
• Creation of automation test scripts, experience of TOSCA preferable but not essential.
• Providing regular status reports to the test manager as well as identifying and raising project risks and issues.
