Qualifications

3x SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK or EU-based)

Type: Open for Full-time / Contract / Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to lead and support implementations of Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You'll work closely with HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across global entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including schema configuration, retroactive accounting, and payroll calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
  • Integrate payroll with Employee Central, HRIS, and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide resolution guidance.
  • Develop and maintain payroll reports and documentation.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2 end-to-end ECP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and retroactive accounting.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and statutory reporting.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification
  • Experience with multi-country payroll or unionised environments
  • Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA, Workday, or middleware platforms
