A leading global SAP solutions provider is seeking a SAP Success Factors Consultant for a new project starting this November. This hybrid role requires 3-5 years of experience in SAP ECP implementations and 5+ years in on-premise SAP Payroll. Project details:
  • Position: SAP Success factors consultant
  • Contract Length: 6 months
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Hybrid role - 2 days on site (London)
  • Languages: English
  • Inside IR35
Skills and Responsibilities:
  • SAP ECP Implementations: 3-5 years of full life cycle SAP ECP implementation experience, covering configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • On-Premise SAP Payroll: 5+ years of experience in traditional SAP Payroll systems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with UK payroll legislation and compliance frameworks.
  • SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll): Deep understanding of configuration, integration, and end-to-end payroll processing within SAP ECP.
  • Payroll Configuration & Processing: Hands‑on experience with schemes, rules configuration, payroll cycles, wage types, and payroll execution.
  • General Payroll Processes: Strong knowledge of core HR and payroll activities - including hiring and termination, compensation management, and benefits administration.
