Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects for UK-based clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and business needs.
  • Conduct detailed Business Process Reviews—including AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, pain point identification, and actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, build alignment among stakeholders, and drive decisions on process and technology changes.
  • Configure and support Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules tailored for the UK context.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and payroll providers to support and validate payroll integrations aligned to UK-specific statutory rules.
  • Document processes and deliverables in line with consulting best practices (e.g., process maps, gap analyses, future-state blueprints).
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations in the UK (full lifecycle or key workstreams).
  • In-depth understanding of UK employment law, HR compliance, statutory obligations, and collective agreements (including unionised settings).
  • Strong experience with business process mapping, RACI models, stakeholder workshops, and developing high-quality documentation.
  • Hands-on configuration knowledge of EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking, with exposure to UK payroll integration scenarios.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites within the UK as required.
  • Available for immediate start is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within unionised environments and collective bargaining frameworks.
