Job summary

A major global organisation in the creative sector is seeking an SAP Solution Lead to manage high-level design across finance, HR, and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in SAP modules and the ability to manage stakeholders. The role offers a salary of up to £90,000 plus bonus, and applicants must have full rights to work in the UK. This is a hybrid position based in London or Colchester.

• Assess risks and define mitigation options.

A major global organisation in the creative sector is rebuilding its SAP capability and looking for an SAP Solution Lead to shape system design across finance, HR and supply chain. The business is mid-transformation, with new HRIS, finance and warehouse programmes underway.

To be right for this role, you will need to be someone with :

• Broad SAP module design experience. This is preferred over deep module experience; they want someone who can design across Finance , HR and Logistics .
• The ability to manage stakeholders with ease, whether they are technical or not.
• The ability to work across multiple modules simultaneously.
• Full rights to work in the UK. There is no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the high-level SAP solution design across finance, HR and supply chain.
• Translate complex requirements into a clear, scalable blueprint.
• Work with SAP functional and technical teams to shape end to end process design.
• Assure quality, architecture alignment and delivery across multiple programmes.
• Develop solution strategies, standards and technical approaches for the SAP estate.
• Support major programmes including HRIS, finance transformation and warehouse management.
• Assess risks, define mitigation options and communicate trade offs clearly.
• Partner with project leadership to scope work, plan resources and estimate delivery.
• Review designs and technical outputs to ensure they meet business and architectural standards.
