SAP Solutions Architect

London - Hybrid (2 days onsite) | £80-89,000 plus bonus | Permanent

VIQU is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a SAP Solutions Architect/Lead. This is a strategic role for an experienced SAP professional to lead the design, delivery, and governance of end‑to‑end SAP solutions across Finance, HR, Logistics, and other core domains. You will shape scalable architectures, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across multiple SAP domains and full lifecycle programmes (blueprint, design, build, cutover, hyper‑care), preferably S/4HANA.
• Serve as a design authority, ensuring architecture governance, integration strategy, and roadmap alignment.
• Provide strategic input into SAP operating models, process harmonisation, and platform consolidation.
• Design solutions beyond SAP configuration, including data, middleware, integrations (SuccessFactors, Ariba), reporting, and security.
• Translate technical concepts for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Operate in complex, multi‑entity organisations, influencing across teams and domains.

Skills & Experience

• Proven as an SAP Solution Architect, SAP Enterprise Architect, or SAP Design Lead.
• Deep experience delivering complex, integrated SAP solutions across multiple domains.
• Expertise in application architecture, SDLC approaches, and full SAP lifecycle programmes.
• Strong understanding of integration, data strategy, and platform‑level considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications desirable: TOGAF, BCS, Zachman.
• Focused on ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
