Job summary

Unipart Technologies Group is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager to orchestrate end-to-end go-live execution for large SAP projects in Oxford. You will drive cutover strategy, detailed planning, rehearsals, and governance across business, data, and technical streams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk and escalation, and present status to executives. A background in SAP S/4HANA cutovers and relevant certifications is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT program/project delivery with cutover responsibility.
• Lead Cutover Manager on 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA go-lives.
• Knowledge of SAP deployment lifecycles and cutover sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and own the end-to-end Cutover Strategy, including runbooks and go-live criteria.
• Build a minute-by-minute Cutover Plan across deployment, data migration, and interface switching.
• Lead Cutover Rehearsals and mock cutovers to validate timing and dependencies.
• Establish Go/No-Go frameworks and report status to steering committees.
