We are seeking an experienced SAP Recruiter to join a growing Talent Acquisition function on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic SAP hiring across the UK, particularly within Defence and major enterprise programmes. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to identify, attract, and deliver high-quality SAP talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle recruitment for SAP roles across multiple business units
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a range of SAP skill sets
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of SAP professionals across functional and technical domains
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide market insight
- Manage candidate engagement, offer processes, and onboarding activities
- Collaborate with internal teams including Labour Desk, Smart Labour, and market intelligence
- Work towards performance-based recruitment targets
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience recruiting for SAP roles (Functional, Technical, Basis, HANA, etc.)
- Experience supporting roles requiring UK Security Clearance (BPSS, SC, DV)
- Solid understanding of SAP technologies and associated skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors or similar)
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organisation
