W Talent is delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturing organisation based in Belper, Derby, who are seeking an SAP Project Support professional to assist with a major business-wide transformation programme. This role plays a key part in supporting system accuracy, process optimisation, and effective project delivery during the company's migration to SAP S/4HANA.

Role Details

The Method Time Management, SAP Project Support specialist will provide focused administrative, technical, and analytical support to the project and operations teams. You will support the validation of manufacturing routings, contribute to SAP data migration activities, and assist in ensuring a smooth transition during cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases. This role is essential in maintaining structured, accurate, and compliant processes while helping the business strengthen its internal SAP capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support MTM project activities throughout the transition to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing routings and system integration.
  • Execute and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating routing processes and ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
  • Assist in aligning Work Centres, Bills of Materials (BoMs), routings, and Takt time to ensure manufacturing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create and update training materials, SOPs, and internal documentation to support team learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to identify, analyse, and resolve system or process issues.
  • Support the cleansing and migration of Method Time Measurement (MTM) data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA.
  • Provide first-level support during go-live and hypercare to ensure stability and smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, coordinating activities and ensuring project milestones are met.
Required Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is essential.
  • Experience in one or more of the following is desirable: EWM, P2P, R2R, PP/DS, Quality Management.
  • Understanding of Work Centres, routing structures, BoMs, and Takt time.
  • Previous experience within logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments, ideally within SAP.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience producing SOPs, training guides, or supporting change management activities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage priorities across multiple teams.
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced project environment.
